Tapalpa Jalisco:
The town of Tapalpa Jalisco, is located 90 minutes from the city of Guadalajara. It's located in the southern region of Jalisco. Right up in the Sierra Madre Mountains, without a doubt, one of the most beautiful towns in Mexico
Tapalpa's traditional drink is "Barranca", Mezcal made from the agave plant. Ask for Barranca de Don Agustín, it's the very best.
Pajarete Recipe: Chocolate ,sugar, alcohol, fill the rest of the container with warm milk from la "Tigresa", the picture above, shows a rear end view of her. Don't try this at home, it is only done by professionals.
If you make it to Tapalpa, you must make it to "Chilo's" Bar, above and to "La Villa" Restaurant/Bar, below.
