Catering requires a 20 person minimum.

The following menus are simple examples.  Call us for custom party planning.

"Make your own taco" Bar ($7.50 per person)
-Chicken and ground beef fillings
-Mexican rice
-Refried beans
-Soft flour and crisp tortilla shells
-Toppings to include: pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese and sour cream
-Crispy corn tortilla chips with our homemade salsa

Fajita Bar ($11.50 per person)
-Choice of marinated steak or chicken breast, with grilled vegetables
-Mexican rice
-Refried beans
-Served with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo and flour tortillas.
-Crispy corn tortilla chips with our homemade salsa

Enchiladas Suizas ($8.50 per person)
-Soft corn tortillas filled with a choice of chicken, ground beef or cheese.  
Topped with a mild pepper sauce and melted cheese.
-Mexican rice
-Refried beans
-Sour cream
-Crispy corn tortilla chips with our homemade salsa

Quesadillas ($6.50 per person)
-Flour tortillas filled with cheese and lightly grilled
-Served with sour cream and guacamole

Deluxe Quesadillas ($9.50 per person)
-A large flour tortilla, filled with cheese, pico de gallo and a choice of steak or chicken breast
-Served with guacamole and sour cream
-Crispy corn tortilla chips with our homemade salsa

The prices quoted are subject to tax and a 15% service charge.
